Do you do your cardio on the treadmill. Time to make it interesting! Fartlek training which translates to speed play (Swedish) Involves you running at different speeds and inclines with no exact layout. This can however still be quite boring... So get your favorite up beat song! Nirvana smells like teen spirit is a good example and one of my favorites to use. Control the intensity of your run by using the intensity of the song the mellow parts would be your recovery (walk/jog) the more intense part of the song will translate into your run becoming much more demanding (sprints/hill sprints) youtu.be/hTWKbfoikeg
