We offer fair prices (per job rates): $88 for whole house cleaning $65.00 for studio/efficiency/1-bedroom cleaning $85.00 for 2 bedrooms up to 2 bathrooms $105.00 for 3 bedrooms up to 3 bathrooms $125.00 and up for 4 bedrooms and up These are for one-time cleanings, big messes that you dont want to tackle, such as after parties, weekend guests and events. Team Brooks moving and relocating services: We get houses and apartments ready for move-out and move-in. We clean walls, clean floors, remove pet odors, clean tile, clean base boards, clean refrigerator, clean stove, etc. Its as clean as when you first moved in. Deposit return is guaranteed. Rates: $200.00 for packing and cleaning (studio to 1 bedroom) We pack and clean, so that you may get your deposit back. $300.00 (2 bedrooms up to 1 bath) $550 (3 bedrooms up to 2 baths) $600 and up for 4 bedrooms and up
