Does anyone else see this as moronic or am I the only one. Starting out, if you have any kind of medical procedure, you have to sign a waiver that the facility and or doctor is not liable should anything go wrong. So now lets go to the issue! On one side of the table is a bunch of has been retired nfl football players sueing the nfl for concussions they obtained playing a brutal game of football. What did they expect when they signed up to allow 400 lbs freight trains to run into them. Now these guys made millions a year but are to stupid to not put half of that up their nose. Anyone with half a brain would realize I am not going to be able to do this forever, I should probably put something away in the likely hood one of these freight trains hits me and I get hurt, but no, its all about the moment. So on the other side of the table the nfl, wouldn’t you think someone would be smart enough there to have players sign a waiver pretty much stating that, Hay, your getting into a brutal hard hitting sport, in the event you get hurt, its all on you bud. These freaking HAS BEENS just got awarded 479 million. UNNNNNNNNFFFFFFFFRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEAAAAAAAKKKKKKKKKING BEEEEELLLLLLLIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEEEVVVVVVVVVVVABLE
