Dont you hate it when you open a bag of chips, only to find that its mostly full of air? Three Korean college students, Sung Taek Chang, Sung Ho Yoo, and Hyun Soo Park, decided to protest this rip-off in a humorous way, by collecting potato chip bags and creating makeshift rafts.
