Also We The People limited them these eighteen spending limits to protect and secure our wages, our salaries, and our property from the IRS, from our elected Republican and Democrat enemies of our Bill of Rights, and from their special interest voting blocs of every imaginable distinction, White, Black, Rich, Poor, tall, thin, healthy, sick, ILLEGALS, Senior Citizens, old, young, Hispanics, Latinos, Italians, Irish, you name it. All of these special interest groups are calling for transferring our wages, our salaries and our property to themselves. This is the result of a representative DEMOCRACY which was made ILLEGAL under Article IV Section 4 of The Constitution which guarantees to each one of our home Countries that our Federal Government will NOT be a representative DEMOCRACY but rather a Republican form of Government, meaning limited to spending money on only EIGHTEEN enumerated items with all other spending and power reserved to the States, respectively, or the people (TENTH Amendment). Moreover, the Supreme Court of the United States found and ruled that Income Taxes DO NOT APPLY to Americans. The reason for this is that all EIGHTEEN spending privileges, INCLUDING THE MILITARY and Border Security, if we had it, IS MORE THAN PAID FOR by existing Constitutional revenue streams. And, the States and the people need ALL of their wages, salaries and be able to protect their property from the IRS to handle and pay for all of the other powers, services and spending THEY DECIDE they want to do with THEIR own money.
