EPAs coal ash rule is due out today. They will offer a stakeholder briefing today to go over the key parts of the rule. Heres the email about the call sent to their environmental justice mailing list this morning: Invitation to participate in an important stakeholder briefing about coal ash - TODAY EPA will announce the first national regulations to provide for the safe disposal of coal combustion residuals (CCRs/coal ash) from coal-fired power plants.
