Energetic Part-Time Nanny/Manager NEEDED in Scottsdale for Dual working parents with One Child (4-year-old). Schedule is Monday – Friday 2:30pm – 6:30pm(Guaranteed 20 hours/week). Rate is $15/hr GROSS + paid vacation and holidays!!! Duties will include picking up the child from pre-K, planning and facilitating fun outings/activities for the child 2-3 times a week and the other days will be spent entertaining the child in the home and taking care of some light household management responsibilities. Grandma lives in the household and will be home with you and the child most days. Nanny MUST be comfortable working alongside grandma and including her in occasional outings with the child. Grandma is a great support and can assist the nanny with the child so the nanny can focus on household related tasks. This family does have one small hypoallergenic dog, so please dog friendly nannies only. Their ideal candidate is someone who is educated, has a good head on her shoulders, and is great at multitasking, someone who is a good listener and follows direction well. Mom is not looking to micromanage the nanny so she would like to hire someone who can take initiative and takes pride in her work. This family has employed nannies in the past and has had great experiences with the nannies they have employed. Ultimately the family is looking for the best long-term match.
