Exercise of the day: TRX Bicep Clutches Grab both handles and face the anchor point. Extend your arms in front of you (knuckles facing out) and bend your arms by contracting your biceps. Bend the arms towards your chest and bring your two biggest knuckles together in the middle of your chest (on your sternum). Keep your elbows facing up! You should feel this in your biceps. If you drop your elbows, you will not hit the muscle as you should. Adjust intensity by moving forward or back.
