Expecting to finish the firing tonight Saturday, Australia time. Thanking. God, all has gone well. You can see some pots have fallen in the kiln or shifted which is normal in this type of firing. But in perspective, its gone well. Snow flurries, cold winds and overhead flying eagles are joining us for the final day. We are hugging the amazing warmth of the kiln and downing the delicious hot coffee and green tea on offer...oh and the kiln has two ovens for cooking food at the rear for sustaining its workers with food for the body. Pictures later then its off to sleep for a week! FS
