FORWARD NIGERIA I see Nigeria regaining its lost economic - TopicsExpress

FORWARD NIGERIA I see Nigeria regaining its lost economic growth pace which went out of flames over 40 years ago. Our government through the transformation agenda of the president is reviving the potentials of our economy. In the 1960s, a similar forecast was envisaged putting Nigeria along Brazil and India as the fastest developing economies. Though Brazil and India attained the benchmark unfortunately, Nigeria couldnt square up due to the stillborn experience of our post independence leaders, and the plague of coups and wars that bedeviled our infant sovereignty and nationhood. Today, the structural and institutional back-end approach of transformation as undertaken by our president is beginning to yield anticipated potency to the overall growth of our economy which is evident in rapid output development and the betterment of numerous sectors of our economy, which in turn has caught the attention of the international economic communities and the international media. Though the average black man do not believe in infrastructural and institutional development, unless stomach infrastructure which must be in the instant too yet, the direction of our jet age economies and development in general have tilted towards planning and building of long term strong economic pillars with the capabilities and capacities to sustain the weight of our future economic values and gains. From the CNN forecast it can be analysed that, going forward from 2015, the transformation agenda of Mr President on the economy will more indicatively yield front-end benefits to more sectors with evidences across every ramification of our micro economic diversification. More Nigerias economic sub sectors will experience decisive growth. More people will benefit from government dividends. There will be relief in areas still experiencing economic turbulence. There will be growth in our GDP. Nigerias economy will continue to hold even more relevance in the worlds economies. Investors will all the more identify with our enabling environment and take the cut by strategically setting up multi million dollar investments. There will be more employment opportunities, and unemployment will be reduced by a great margin. Despite the unrest caused by terrorism, the Nigerian state will survive the hurdles of insecurity. Penury will be beaten to little or non-existence. More economic and scientific discoveries will emerge in Nigeria and find enabling environment to thrive. Everybody resident in Nigeria are advised to open up their minds eyes to see the enabling hub created for maximum survival, and leverage on the the huge potential our economy has got. We have to learn against the self-destructive habit of complaining and seize the moments wisely to wrought our own legacies in an environment with untapped abundance natural and brains resources. Irrespective of the political party we belong to, I make this solemn call to all, recognizing the possibilities that exist in the will to stand out and change the detective pace of survival as it affect the common man. There is an ability somewhere in you yet discovered. You have long dwindled within the spot and have taken to blame your undoing on the government and other innocent ends. The sweetness that comes with being your own masterpiece can not be compared to any cheap favour covered in the disguise of a job you are pealing out your eyes for. I encourage us to think towards the lite of what we can add to make our government get better. What we can do for our government as the government is doing its best for us all. The journey to that America and UK kind of future we are in a hurry to see today only begun 4 years a go. We need more time to be able to build those developmental pillars that will bring about our dream future. Need not to remind us that in a process, we get it wrong and right before settling for the best. Nigeria is putting through a process. That process involves all of us. We are all active players and stakeholders in the Nigeria project whether we know it or not. Each of us have milestones to deliver up. If we fail at our individual levels, like the effect of a pebble thrown in a calm ocean significantly is felt by the ends of the shores, so also the center of this project is gravely affected. Let us continue to support the administration of President Goodluck Jonathan through which this stride has been achieved no matter where you belong. We are moving forward Nigeria! No one can pull us back. God bless Nigeria
