I am 35 weeks, and have been struggling with hemorrhoids almost my entire pregnancy. They no longer hurt or bleed as of late, but I have 3 rather large ones on the outside. I am worried about what will happen when I give birth, since I am planning on a vaginal delivery. Have any other moms had this problem? Will it cause issues with delivering vaginally?
