FREE MIX… EXXPOSURE is the most hyped and eagerly anticipated event of 2013, bringing you HUGE iconic clubbing brands, A-list DJs, celebrity presenters, unmissable fresh local talent, all supported by the worlds biggest DJ Manufacturers. Exxposure is a completely brand new concept devised by Soundbase Megastore. Our aim is to expose, develop, and promote talent within the city, and use our very own specially selected DJs, PAs and performers to create the ultimate event. We want Clubbers to be able to come to a super club, and see genuinely talented fresh artists blow you away, alongside A-list heroes giving clubbers REAL value for money. The key word is fresh, this doesnt just mean young talent, but also covers older DJs and performers who have never had that big break, and still dream of a shot at the big time. It is also designed to allow smaller successful promoters and DJs to play on a bigger stage. The ultimate goal of many local DJs is now within their grasp, a chance to play at a super club to a packed house. No miming, No faking, no excessive rider... just 6 arenas of PURE TALENT there to entertain you with the highest quality performance. On Saturday 30th November Exxposure comes to the North Wests premier venue, Bowlers Manchester. 7000 clubbers will see Exxposure for the first time ever in what is the ultimate showcase bringing you the cream of fresh Manchester talent, delivering 6 arenas of local undiscovered DJs and performers playing alongside huge household names, created by the best, supported by the best to discover the best We will bring you 125 acts playing Classic House, Deep House, Vocal House, Drum&Bass, Garage, and a live dance music arena, all of which are on the verge of breaking into the big time. Each arena will headlined by at least one hero of their genre, bringing you something very special. In The Bowlers/Lost&Found arena Ratpack for the first time in history will play completely live with full band, and if that isnt enough. Stu Allan and Mark XTC squaring up for the ultimate Oldskool battle. In the Deep house arena hosted by Ouse, Hector Couto from Hot Creations and A1 Bassline from Dirty Bird head up a DJ marathon. Just Skank bring you Taxman and Eksman Overload, for an arena on Drum&Bass, Dubstep and Bass music. The Selectro Gold/Void recordings arena brings vocal house, and is headlined by house legend Allister Whitehead playing alongside some of the biggest up and coming names on the circuit for a touch of glamour. The UKG arena features a live Pa of the massive garage anthem Call It fate from Richie Dan, alongside the best ever local line up of established Manchester djs and promoters, who are launching the Purely UKG brand for the first time. The PA arena will be carefully compiled through an interview process followed by auditions. Will the next Calvin Harris arise from this arena? Coronation Streets Michelle Keegan will be there on the night adding glamour to the event hosting awards given to DJs on the night. Leading brands have sponored this showcase event, and are giving away some special prizes on the night, including equipment from the worlds biggest DJ manufacturers; Pioneer, Sennheiser, Rane, Allen&Heath, Kam, Numark and DB Technologies, M-Audio, Audio Technica, and American DJ.
