FROM THE NEWSROOM: Could the Provincial House on Church Street be the location of Putnams new town hall or library in the upcoming years? Town Administrator Doug Cutler tells WINY the Facilities Study Committee is looking into that possibility. According to Cutler, CME Associates provided a structural engineer last week to tour and inspect the Provincial House with committee members. At the committees meeting tonight, Cutler says CME may present a report that addresses whether the building would be suitable for any of those possibilities. Tune in for the full report.
