FYI - EXTENDED through 1/6/15 - Prepaid Android 4.4 Phones $9.99 at Kroger & subsidiaries - LG Optimus Fuel and Coolpad Arise UPDATE 12/12/14: The $9.99 sale on the Coolpad Arise has been extended through 1/6/2015. There was no tag on the LG, so Im not sure if that has also been extended, but it did have a tag saying any Tracfone or Net10 phone purchase would receive 500 gas points. Hi folks, Kroger is having a sale on prepaid Android phones. Both of the below phones are $9.99 with a Kroger Plus card through 12/9/14. You dont have to activate cell service, so these are $10 Wi-Fi Androids to use for whatever you want - apps, Web browsing, MP3 player, etc. Note - They also earn bonus fuel points; got 4x but others have reported more. Not sure how long that part of the deal will last. Note 2 - Not all stores are advertising the deal, but both phones should ring up at $9.99. Note 3 - Some people are reporting credits from Tracfone or i-wireless upon purchase. YMMV.
