Hours: 37 per week, Fixed term until qualification is complete (within 18 months) The facilities management team are seeking to recruit two apprentices to support and assist the facilities management and corporate stores specialists in the day to day running of the post room at County Hall and Corporate Stores building. The successful applicants will be expected to deal with services which use the post room or corporate stores on a day to day basis, be able to follow instructions and show a willingness to learn new skills. The post involves the daily use of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook and Word. While employed you will complete an intermediate level 2 apprenticeship in Warehousing & Storage or Customer Services. At the end of the course you will have obtained either a City and Guilds level 2 Diploma in Customer Services or a NVQ level 2 in Warehousing and Storage. You will need to be self-motivated with good inter-personal and communication skills; a team player who displays commitment, flexibility and reliability.
