Fifteen years from now... Fifteen years from now, It looks like the world has changed, But I know its just humanitys eyes, They have turned from blue to black, I know the world is still the same, Because the sun still says hello to me every morning, And the stars bless me for every long night, The nights are darker, The days too, But I cant really see the difference, Books full of memories are sitting on the highest shelf in my house, Dust has covered the pictures in my mind through the years, So I have to blow it off before I can see the smiling faces, They are strangers to me, But look familiar, I want to remember, But I cant, Because the smiles have faded due to my tears, And the tears have disappeared because of my twinkling eyes, I love the future, But Ill always keep searching for the past, Even though I forgot what it was like, The pictures are ripped, And the only thing thats left, Are the things that you said...
