Firebrand Progressives Verizon which is seeking to merge with Comcast is threatening to sue Netflix If they do not take down a message which tells their viewers that the problem with download speeds is due to Verizon lines being crowded. Netflix has agreed to pay both Verizon and Comcast for faster download speeds and is only having a problem with Verizon. It is not surprising that Verizon would threaten to sue as they do not want anything that could impact on the FCC decision on net neutrality or their purposed merger with Comcast.
