First gym session with PT tonight (actually in a large open barn - pretty cool place). Never had a PT before so the whole first meeting and then first training session has been really interesting. Full nutrition analysis and advice (based on my last 7 days food diary), accurate BMI measurement, physical body dimensions and pics taken and then full work through of my current flexibility and strength has been very interesting. Id recommend anyone just to do this and learn so much about where there strengths and weaknesses really are. Goals and Objectives set with emphasis of getting my core strong and build shoulder and lat strength - Ironman 2015 here I come!!!!
