Football is like chemistry and communication most importantly dedication. For what you see every Sunday with the FORTY NINERS is team work. From coaches players management etc. So reason why the defensive offensive and special teams coach is efficient is coz coach Harbaughs leadership. Its not a individual process. Its like a puzzle. It all instigated at Stanford when all worked together as a team. If this coaches get segregated than they will have to start from the scratch. To maintain the level of integrity we need to get all them coaches get their share of compensation keep em intact or hasta la vista baby. Harbaugh is the man.
