For anything to grow we must place our egos to the side and know that things are bigger than us and act in accord, nothing ever grows full when the ego is involved yes grass can grown from the cement but does the cement not restrict its growth and that is what the ego does to the seed we plant that dont go through us but come from the outside trying to squeeze its way in, people always talk about coming together and building but to build you have to be unselfish, nonjudgmental, humble, with the understanding that we are all equals in our expression of the creator and the gifts that he has graciously placed in US for the purpose that he has manifested. Know there is always a time to lead, follow, love , let go, retool and be humble, always be grateful for your gifts and honored by the recognition of such gifts all these things at any given time require proper check of the ego that states that your are better than everyone else, you can do better by yourself, you have the right to criticize because you have earned it in some way, but when the criticism or judgement come back in your direction then you turn away as they dont even have the right, but who gave you the right, thats right you did the God you created that has giving you the script of the ego based responses. If something is constructive then it does not tear down but builds the person up and shows them where they can get better and makes them want to get better, funny thing about God is he does not always send who you are comfortable with he sends what your ass needs in the moment, and if your ego in the way then you will miss it, as we have seen through out the passage of time when the ego is involved destruction is the only end result, only things that really sustain are things that are born from love with the purpose of connecting the universe and bring it closer in peace, harmony, growth and love for the greater good of the whole not the sum today build someone up even if they have done it wrong there always a way to build them up you dont have to be harsh to get the point a cross.....Unlicensed Preacher: MJG SPEAKS
