For those who asked for the Orange, Polenta and Almond Meal cake recipe, here it is: 125g butter (about 4.4 ounces, I think) 3/4 cup caster sugar 1 cup Polenta (not cooked) 1 cup Almond meal 3 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 teaspoon baking powder 2 oranges (zest and juice. I also added some of the pulp) set oven to 160c (320f). Beat caster sugar and butter together until creamy. Add in eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each. Also add vanilla essence. Gently stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into well greased pan and cook for about 40 minutes. Simples :)
