I am Zoe (a comic) and I have been making a documentary on Stand Up Comedy for the past 18 months - it documents the semi pro industry basically giving insight into the phase that every great comedian has had to go through - the shit gigs, the no pay, the hecklers, the endless questioning of ‘where is this going,’ and also the good times - comradery, personal development, drastic improvement in performing and writing abilities etc. The feedback here it that is has been so useful to new comics and very nostalgic for older comics.
