GQ Style February 2014 Our custom, hand painted cracked glasses made quite the impression at David Hart & Co.s New York Fashion Week presentation Wednesday night! Designer David Hart looked to The Twilight Zone as inspiration for his Fall-Winter 14 collection but one detail, those cracked MOSCOT glasses, caught our eye among the designers seriously want-it-all lineup of three-piece suits, cool graphic knitwear, and static-embroidered tuxedo jackets. Turns out the clear frames werent cracked at all, but meticulously hand-painted glasses that could have fooled us. The provenance of those shattered lenses actually came directly from the Zone series, in particular the episode Time Enough at Last, which follows one man named Henry Bemis in a post-apocalyptic world.
