It calls for the abolition of Irish water; for responsibly for water and waste water to revert to local authoritys; for a constitutional amendment to ensure that water services remain in public ownership and that any system of water charges is based on an ability to pay and encourages conservation. There was an amendment to the last line saying instead - and with the right to water Motion was passed 21-10 :)
