Good Morning and Welcome to your Daily Devotions inspired by God. “Exercise – Keep Fit” Memory Verse James 1:3 – “Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience.” Do you know the importance and benefits of physical exercise? No, well let me highlight a few: 1. Exercise control weight 2. Exercise combats sickness and diseases 3. Exercise regulates mood 4. Exercise boosts energy and regulate a healthy heart 5. Exercise gives better sleep Friends, that is just a few of the benefits according to mayoclinic.org. Then there is also spiritual exercise. Some of us, in fact all of us need that spiritual exercise. Daily we consume so much sin and become so fat. It time we go the “Holy Ghost gym”. Sin has left us so unhealthy and if we don’t exercise it out we will die. There’s an Instructor named Jesus who know all the best workouts there is to get rid of sin. He worked out so hard that He died for us and by the power of God He was resurrected so that we won’t die from sins fat. The exercises are very simple; they can be found in the fitness book called The Bible and a few verses are Exodus 20:8-11, Galatians 5:22-23, 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18, Acts 17:11 and so much more. Friends, don’t be lazy. Do you rather die from bad health and sin where there will be no life again? Or, take the exercises and be fit and ready for heaven and earth? God Bless, Love, Peace, Unity
