Sprint finally acknowledged theres been a wide spread outage in the 19950 zip since 03/07/14 and will NOT be resolved until 03/12/14. Just my luck that my second cell is Virgin Mobile. Guess who owns Virgin Mobile....SPRINT!! I have 2 phones and have not been able to make a phone call or text since 03/07/14 on either phone. lol and they are telling me I have to pay $350 to get out of my contract!!!! lol They are funny and obviously dont know me!!! Can you say breach of contract?
