Good morning beauties! With the exception of seeing a few motivated nutrition coaching clients here and there over the past 12 days Ive been off! It was a staycation filled with friends, family and food and was busy and wonderful. Today is my last day before my regular schedule and 5am wakeup call starts again so Ill be spending it getting organized. One of the chores Ive got on my list is of course by usual Sunday Meal Prep. Ive been enjoying wonderful food this last two weeks, like most of you and most of it has been healthy and nourishing but some of it not as much. I believe in balance and enjoying treats when appropriate but I also know that I feel my best when eating whole, natural foods including lots of veggies, leans meats and healthy quality fats and avoiding sugar and processed foods. Ill post what I made later today as always but in the meantime this is a great article on the importance of removing processed foods from your diet. Ditch the packaged stuff and fill up on the real thing! Have a look and let me know what you think
