Good morning club! Today we are at Covenant Hospice across from ocharleys from 11am-2pm. Caveman- a bowl of maple mashed sweet potatoes topped with shredded chicken, spinach, and bacon. Served with a side of your choice Spicy Pork Sliders- oven roasted pork tenderloin with caramelized onions, feta cheese, and our spicy chili-lime sauce served on sweet Hawaiian rolls and with a side of your choice. Chicken Pesto Wrap- shredded chicken and creamy pesto sauce wrapped in a grilled tortilla with romaine lettuce and parmesan cheese. Club Cristo- honey ham and provolone cheese served on a grilled croissant brushed with maple syrup and mustard aioli. Served with a side of your choice. Chicken Salad Plate- two scoops of our homemade chicken salad served with crackers and fresh cut fruit, topped with craisins and pecans. Hummus Plate- a scoop of hummus served with carrot chips, English cucumbers, feta cheese, Manzanilla olives, and pita bread.
