Five new members of Charlotte City Council will also be sworn in. Officials are warning that some 26,000 riders who take New Yorks Metro-North train could be affected by yesterdays train derailment that killed four people and injured more than 60 others. The National Transportation Safety Board says its looking at whether speed, mechanical problems or human error played a role in the crash. Seven cars carrying around 150 passengers toppled, leaving the lead car only inches from water at a bend in the Bronx. Today is whats become known as Cyber Monday...a huge day for on-line shopping.
