Good workout today...make sure you all take care of your-selves after such workouts. Ice your legs and any sore areas so that you are fresh for the next workout, and prevent injuries. ALSO make sure to consume fresh fruits/vegetables (in other words do your best to eat clean fuels - fresh foods) so your body receives the fiber, carbs, proteins, and healthy fats it needs to sustain energy levels and recover.
