Great Spirit, Almighty Healer and Creator of all things, with humbled hearts we come together as one to offer up many thanks. We thank you for the sacredness of the circle that is found in all of creation. We thank you for the sacred ground we tread upon as it holds the blood and history of our ancestors. We thank you for the Season of Renewal and Birth as it reminds us of the precious gift of life and rejuvenation of our spirit. We thank you for the rains that come to thirsty lands. For the wisdom we find in the trees and the music of the winds, we thank you. We thank you for the vast expanse of the Universe that surrounds us. We ask for protection, guidance and strength for your children that have heard your call and are making preparations for healing our Earth Mother. We ask for protection, strength and guidance also for those that continue to stand against those that continue to bring destruction to your creation. We ask for great healing for all that are suffering through diverse diseases and disorders. We ask for an end to the discrimination that continues to divide us and prevent true unification of the four colors. We ask for hardened hearts to soften, closed eyes to see, and clogged ears to hear, so we may begin an era of understanding. We ask for an end to all things that continue to control your children, preventing them from accomplishing the tasks along their path. We ask for an end to hatred and greed that has brought so much destruction and the deaths of multitudes. We ask instead for an era of peace and true equality. We ask for an end to the fences of the borders that separate us and prevent us from greater understanding of diverse cultures and beliefs. We ask for a revitalization of respect for all living things. We thank you for our Elders that bring us the wisdom of the ancestors and the lessons of the present. We thank you for our children that will one day pass on their lessons to a new generation. We thank you for our trials that continue to strengthen us, and the knowledge that no obstacle cannot be overcome. We thank you for the peace, knowledge and wisdom found in nature. We thank you for our daily food and ask for its blessing. We thank you for the air we breathe and the waters that hydrate us. We thank you for the many gifts you have given to your children.
