Greetings! I recall late one night--discouraged after a deluge of hate from non-lifters after posting on another page-glancing & seeing out of the corner of my eye- Create Group------well---2 months later-its doubtful that I or anyone else could have forseen the exponential progression of 2017 members[onwards to 5000 Im certain!}-w ALL of histories greatest benchers and WR holders in attendance.Having benefited enormously by participation by 2 larger than life legends- Eric Spoto-top of the food chain w his still standing highest mark EVER -722 raw WR--& Jeremy Hoornstra-arguably the best ever bencher @ any BW -w absolute all time WRs in 242 -w his 661-& in the 275 w his 675--improving that wt class by 60lbs! This bench page is no longer mine ---it now belongs to all the amazing people and their incredible efforts in the PL world---certainly motivational & inspiring by any definition.I applaud everyone here for keeping at least this one site---devoid of excessive argumentative displays of anger-hate and in general inappropriate behavior. In upcoming weeks, plans are in the works for an ongoing recuring series of the worlds best ever benchers opening up their expert knowledge for everyone to enjoy---w live Q & As and interveiws-----next up is Eric Spoto on Sunday Febuary 2nd -time TBA.
