Guys - I successfully completed GFK 10K Run today. :) During the last 1 km, while taking a left turn, I didnt slow down. I felt sharp pain in the right heel. Never had this pain before. I could not press my foot firmly on ground. I was running on the sides of the right foot, slightly tilted. I dont remember stepping on any steep gravel. The pain was out of nowhere. Its evening now and the pain subsided considerably. Still not able to walk normally on barefoot. Anyone faced this before?. Any suggestions/tips please?
