HSE Regulations Specialist Astana,O&G Requirements: -Higher professional (technical) education -At least 3 years of work experience in HSE and/or Regulation in Kazakhstan -Skill for analysis and reporting/writing report, presentations either in Russian and English- -Computer literate on Microsoft programs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, GIS, Performance -Excellent presentation skills -English language, both writing and speaking Responsibilities: -Support on the development and maintain /update of HSE Regulations Register -Organize the meetings with Agents for discussions of HSE Regulation Compliance issues -Manage of update and maintenance of HSE RoK legislation Data Base / Knowledge Base for activities. -Assist in development of appropriate HSE legislation training programs for personnel and RoK agencies. -Assist in the development and review of HSE Regulations Compliance Reports -Keep up to date with changes in all applicable legislations and ensuring that such changes are made known and implemented practically within the Company and provide notification of and Agents staff about HSE legislation changes via venture systems -Arrangement the process of discussion of new draft HSE regulations and consolidation of comments/ provide common Venture position -Participate in the meetings and working groups with business association for discussion of HSE legislation issues -Participate in audits and reviews for Legislation / Regulation Corporate Governance within -Report directly to the HSE Regulations Coordinator Please send you CV to [email protected]
