!!!!HUGE AMAZING SUPER EPIC ANNOUNCEMENT!!!! Presenting the Powerhouse Blues 30 Second Showcase! The 30 Second Showcase is a no-pressure, friendly competition to encourage dancers to try out choreography and performing! The rules are simple: Compose a 30-45 second choreography to any music you like to show off your ideas in blues dancing. These can be solo, partnered, as a group, or any combination you can come up with! Admission is free! To help inspire you, for the month of September your favorite PhB teachers and organizers will be performing their own 30 second showcases each night of PhB leading up to the actual competition! They will also be your judges for the competition itself. The competition will be during Powerhouse (9/29/2014) after the announcements. I ask that you let me know you are planning to submit a song by 9/24/2014 and have a copy of the song to us by then so we can have it ready for you. Its okay if its not edited, you can simply email the time stamp where you want your song to start. The prizes will be announced as we get closer!
