HUGE happy tears moment with Zach this morning. I FINISHED the 3 month A90 transformation program at Action Conditioning. Now this is a HUGE deal for me because when I joined Action Conditioning in October of 2012, 2 weeks later they found a malignant tumor and so started the surgeries. I have ATTEMPTED A90 3 TIMES - YEP 3 freakin times and could never finish!!!!!! - this was my 4th - all three previous times I ended up in surgery for my crap dealt to me. This time I DID IT!! I finished this program down 17 inches and 15 pounds. Since last October 2012 I have lost 41.25 inches (ummm yeah I said 41 inches) and 37 pounds and remember peeps 7 months of this was in hospital so all of this hard work with exception of 10 lbs from being ill was done in 7 ish months. Last night, Chad Brandt Idfa Pro said I was half the size then when I met him. I am speechless and grateful for my biggest, biggest supporters and coaches: Chad Brandt , & Katrina Brandt (most awesome physical coach/motivator). Also to Linda Addison for encouraging my running, Paul Plakas for an amazing motivating weekend this summer and subsequent support/ally, Carma Jensen for her positivity and friendship, Jessica Costa - great new coach for gym, & of course Joel Robinson for his praise, positivity and being best coach for my son, etc. And of course my amazing people who encourage me every day - Kathryn Scott, Amanda Dawn, Jo Stribbell, Danielle Burger, Devinder Mann and most of all my son. He was on the treadmill beside me Sat doing his thing and I saw him out of the corner of my eye, bump up his speed to match mine - my heart melted he was trying to be like me. Mostly, I am stronger - there were times this year I couldnt walk to the bathroom. Ive lost a kidney, a uterus, a cancerous tumor, 41 freaking inches, 37 pounds and gained my life back. I FINISHED A90 - FINALLY!!!!!!! I recommend all my peeps to join this gym - posting link later today for next session - do it with me!!!
