Happy Birthday Mum. I hope you have a great today but I also wanted to say how proud of you I am. Apart from being an amazing woman, fantastic friend, loving mother and generous grandmother, you have really been open and embraced the challenges I set you as your Coach. I am sure it is not easy to get advise (at your old age!!!) and sometimes some hard truths from your son and you make me proud as your son and Coach. Well done in some tough times and Happy Birthday. PS - I love the change from your former self that you did not even bat an eyelid when I dropped you into my seniors group fitness!!! Well done. PPS - Here is my mums testimonial. Do you think she could be biased? Fortunately, my first ever personal training wasn’t as daunting as I thought it would be. My goal has been to build strength, balance and flexibility which is important as one ages. Although I have always been a keen walker, Cameron has helped my understand that walking is very different to overall fitness. Cameron has personalised my training program taking into account my history of a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament and subsequent surgical reconstruction and more recently a full thickness tear of the supraspinatus tendon. The shoulder exercises he recommended have done much to alleviate the pain and have increased the mobility of that shoulder. Cameron’s vast knowledge of inner health and nutrition has encouraged me to modify my diet and I now fitting into a dress I wore at my son’s wedding 16 years ago. His ability to keep me motivated (which is a feat in itself) and his belief that I could achieve a higher level of fitness has inspired me. He is unbelievably patient with a professional and caring attitude. It is obvious he is passionate in his endeavour to assist his clients with their journey to better health and fitness.
