Happy New years! So i wanted to post a cool technique I have been using with my crystals that You guys will all love :) step 1: choose a crystal of your liking step 2: become familiar with what that crystal does. feel its vibration. know that it is there for you as a little buddy and willing to mix its vibrations with yours if you allow it to.. see the waves of vibrations coming off of it. give it a name if you like. step 3: place the crystal up to your Solar Plexus Chakra. Imagine that your crystal is being absorbed into your solar plexus. Imagine the crystal there for up to ten minutes or longer if you want. holding the crystal to your solar plexus the whole time step 4: once you have absorbed the crystal into your solar plexus and are now holding that frequency, visualize pushing the crystal back out of your solar plexus and enveloping your entire person with the frequency you just created internally. feel the frequency for a few moments, and enjoy the force field you just created :):):):)
