Have you been to Q 39 BBQ? It is east on 39th, a couple of blocks east of state line, on the north side, I think it was a Chinese buffet, once upon a time.Well, my wife and I tried it last night and it was wonderful. The ribs were perfection, the way I like them, with a sweet sauce and large portions. A little pricey($20) for a half of slab but I had to get a to go box and take some home, but well worth the price. The potato salad had fresh dill and tarragon in it and the coleslaw had apples in it. There was even corn bread with whole corn in it. Yummy! And for all of you K-State fans there was Tallgrass on tap two kinds. The decor is lovely and the service very good. And to think I dont get anything for advertising.Oh, Jim and Claudia Hannah turn us on to it, a couple from Wyandotte County and both graduated from Wyandotte but we wont hold that against them, Joyce did too!!!
