Having just completed my third round of MP I thought it was time to share my pics from the last 11 months of work - definitely a little bit scary! In this time I have not only been working on my own transformation but also completed my cert 3 and 4 and MP level 2 and 3, I have mentored with Trish and Dave at the Ab Factory, and it is immeasurable what I have learnt, I think the internal transformation has been bigger than the physical. My transformation is not yet complete - I have booked a photo shoot in April to help keep me accountable. Revealing these pics is also part of this accountability. Im also in the process of setting some pretty big athletic goals and am so excited about 2015! If you are just starting out on your MP journey or like myself are setting new goals I wish you all the best and look forward to seeing and hearing about your journeys :-)
