Healing lesson and venting for today: I am writing this lesson today because I am a bit peeved to see the 100s of 1000s of some of the most beautiful kind wonderful people on this earth at this and other sites, suffering and in pain..... NEEDLESSLY. I am very comfortable saying this over and over and over again because I WAS ONE OF THEM! AND I THINK MANY OF YOU MAY BE MISSING THE POINT HERE THAT IS CRITICAL TO HEALING AND RECOVERY. So this lesson comes with venting and strong emotions and compassion and caring for ALL of you. SO READ THIS CAREFULLY!!!! THEN READ IT AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN. NARCISSISTS CANNOT CREATE THEIR OWN ENERGY.....YOUR ENERGY FEEDS THEM...DO YOU GET THIS???? WITHOUT YOUR ENERGY, they shrivel up. Their nothingness is exposed!! They need you to live..Once you catch on or divorce them they move on to the next VICTIM! Or they are scoping one out on their way out the door! --------------------------------------------- Lets explore this a bit more!! So you fear or feel sorry for or love or long for your narcissist? What does this really really mean? If you fear a narcissist, you are fearing the weakest and most pathetic people on the planet. If you feel sorry for a narcissist, you are feeling sorry for someone who could give a rats a$$ for your sorrow. If you love a narcissist, you love someone who is incapable of love and who conned you into believing they did. If you feel bad because they narc wont see his children, he or she would sell them for a nickel. So all of it is and was an illusion...ALL OF IT!!! Your love, fear, and compassion are all FAKE!!! It is like a magic act...AAAALLLL an illusion the narcissist created to GET THESE REACTIONS FROM YOU. HOWEVER THE ILLUSION CANNOT EXIST WITHOUT YOUR ACTIVE PARTICIPATION!!! Your reaction creates energy they cannot supply themselves. THEY NEED THIS TO SURVIVE. They cannot supply these for themselves so they con them from others...from vulnerable targets!!! FROM YOU!!! NONE OF IT IS REAL. You were conned! READ THIS CAREFULLY! Narcissists are the spiritually and emotionally weakest of humans. They are soulless individuals who lack conscience and compassion so they take ours and try to turn us into them. If they lose, you MUST lose!! IF they win, you MUST lose!! THIS IS JUST WHAT THEY DO. IT IS NOT PERSONAL IN THAT SENSE. THEY ARE EVIL, SPINELESS, BROKEN INDIVIDUALS. The scourge of the earth. They are DIS-ordered. They are EVERYWHERE. However, they are covert aggressors....master manipulators who expertly pull from their bag of tricks of charm, deceit, and lies to play their targets like a fiddle. They are experts on emotionally unhealthy vulnerable neurotic people like us who I may add carry the trauma and pain, shame and low self worth from childhood. Narcissists deliberately and aggressively with full intention and with lack of conscience or remorse targeted and will continue to target you.....forever!! BEFORE YOU, THERE WERE TARGETS AND AFTER YOU, THERE WILL BE TARGETS. If they come back to you after you have broken up, it is NOT BECAUSE they LOVE YOU....IT IS MERELY BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT FOUND A NEW VICTM YET or PREFER THE TASTE OF YOUR ENERGY MORE. HOWEVER!!!! Manipulation does not signify danger! It is ALL hot air with no power or energy BEHIND it. YOUR ENERGY (POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE) FEEDS THEM... DO YOU GET THIS???? WITHOUT YOUR ENERGY, they shrivel up and die!! They cannot WIN if you do not compete, and you cannot compete if you do not give them energy. Remember this in your healing and dealings with them. It is ALLLL an illusion that cannot exist without your active participation. Once we know better, we do better. Get rid of the zero and find yourself a hero....in yourself first. ___________________________
