Healthy Eating does NOT have to be Expensive. It certainly can be expensive IF you insist on buying solely free-range, organic and fresh, but theres absolutely nothing wrong from a weight loss/ fat loss/ general health/ body composition standpoint of buying budget. If cash is tight, a diet based around - - Cheaper cuts of meat (whole chickens, casserole steak and offal) - Bulk-bought grains (i.e. rice and oats) - Potatoes - Eggs - Tinned beans/ pulses - Frozen fruits and veggies can get you lean, improve health and give you a better diet that 99% of the population. Screw your organic quinoa, grass-fed ostrich and imported dragon fruit - the above will be cheaper than Big Macs and ready meals. Video on this coming later today
