Hello everyone! Did some prenatal yoga yesterday and promised myself I would do some CAAHHHDDIOOOO today. Kept my promise and completed 30 minutes of Turbo Jam Fat Blaster. Basically a HIIT workout. Learn the routine at a steady pace and then repeat it again but with greater intensity. Love working out this wayWore my bao bei belly band which offers great support. Kind of like a sports bra for pregnant bellies Now to go reward my sweaty self with a shower Have a great day!
