Hells bells..I’m crazy bout Kettlebells!!! Looking to change things up in the weight room try these ball busting bad boys..You will see faster results with this cardio and strength training combo. Because of it’s circular shape and handle the weight is not equally distributed like a traditional dumbbell. Therefore, you must engage more core to manipulate movement.
