Here are the finished murals. The artist (Adam Witthoeft/Viral) has named the entire piece, Mystery. Which I think is quite fitting for both the design and our church. The words on the vine are mystery, faith, love, peace, hope, compassion, joy, justice, grace, truth, doubt and mercy. The hands of God and Adam represent the way we often encounter God in darkness and brokenness. Its our hope that these murals not only speak to us but to the community at large. Many people have already stopped their cars on Central or come into the parking lot to photograph them. In this way, the murals cause people who have never given our building a second glance to do so. Thanks for all your support. - Aaron
