Here is the email I just sent to Dr. Margaret Chan - WHO Director General, and the bioethics panel: From: Scott McRae Date: Sat, Jan 17, 2015 at 3:13 AM Subject: Regarding the ethical considerations for use of unregistered interventions for Ebola virus disease (EVD) To: [email protected], [email protected], philippe_calain@hotmail, [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], Scott McRae Saturday, January 17th, 2015 To: Dr. Margaret Chan, Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the following renowned panel of participants WHO UNANIMOUSLY AGREED that, In the particular circumstances of this (Ebola) outbreak, and provided certain conditions are met, the panel reached consensus that it is ethical to offer unproven interventions with as yet unknown efficacy and adverse effects, as potential treatment or prevention. Furthermore the panel came to the conclusion, ... that there is a moral duty to also evaluate these interventions (for treatment or prevention) in the best possible clinical trials under the circumstances in order to definitively prove their safety and efficacy.... List of participating panelists who are receiving this email notification via the To email addresses above: Prof Michael Selgelid Director of the Centre for Human Bioethics, Monash University | Australia Dr. Philippe Calain (chair) Unité de Recherche sur les Enjeux et Pratiques Humanitaires (UREPH), Médecins Sans Frontières | Switzerland Prof. Aisssatoue Toure Head of Immunology Department, Pasteur Institute, Dakar | Senegal Prof. Ross Upshur Canada Research Chair in Primary Care Research; Professor, Department of Family and Community Medicine and Dalla Lana School of Public Health, University of Toronto; former Director of the University of Toronto Joint Centre for Bioethics (2006-2011) | Canada Prof. Peter Smith Professor of Tropical Epidemiology, London School of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene | United Kingdom Dr. Helen Byomire Ndagije Head of the Drug Information Department in the Ugandan National Drug Authority (NDA) | Uganda Prof Jeremy Farrar Director, Wellcome Trust | United Kingdom Prof Ryuichi Ida Member of the Expert Panel on Bioethics (National Bioethics Committee) | Japan Ms. Jeanine Thomas Patient Safety Champion | United States of America Dr. Juan Pablo Beca Professor, Bioethics Center at Universidad del Desarrollo | Chile Pr. Tariq Madani Professor of internal medicine and infectious diseases | Saudi Arabia Dr. Marion Danis Head, Sect. on Ethics & Health Policy (NIH) | United States of America This email is to inform all of the persons above that based on the results of 4 different experimental treatments conducted on willing and consenting Ebola patients in Sierra Leone, who were tested as positive for Ebola via blood tests and then negative via blood tests after said experimental treatments, that it appears that Ebolas weakness is OXIDATION. All 4 of the various treatments which have proven successful (without any known adverse side effects) have relied upon the principle of OXIDATION to accomplish the inactivation of the Ebola virus. This being the case, while there are these 4 known treatments/cures for Ebola, there are easily at least a dozen more similar treatments which would more than likely be just as effective as the current known 4 Ebola treatments/cures. All of this information is public knowledge as it has been posted and compiled in a Facebook Group page entitled, The Ebola Cures. Here is the link to that page: https://facebook/groups/ebolacures/ I would like to apologize to all of you for not thinking to send this information to you all sooner. I mistakenly assumed that you would find it yourselves on Facebook, but I know you are all very busy people and in reality it could be very difficult for you to find these amazing successes, unless somebody brought it to your attention, which is what Im doing now. You should know that these cures are very inexpensive and neither I, nor any of my supporters are profiting in anyway from them - this is solely a humanitarian effort on our part. As a matter of fact, one of the treatments which will cure an Ebola patient in just a few days will only cost about 1 US cent per person to treat, and that same Ebola treatment, will also cure malaria in just 1 day. As Im sure you are aware, malaria is also a huge problem in West Africa, and causes much confusion when trying to diagnose Ebola since its symptoms are so similar, and so this treatment helps tremendously with that issue too. Also, one of the great things about all 4 of these treatments, is that the materials for them are abundantly available right now so lives can be saved immediately. Theres no need to wait. If you have any question about the information at the following Facebook Group page where the Ebola cures are listed, please contact me via this email address and Ill be happy to answer any questions you may have. Here is the Facebook Group page link again: https://facebook/groups/ebolacures/ Also, please do copy me on your correspondences with each other about these 4 treatments so that I will know what your thoughts are about them and what actions you are planning to take so that I can help you in any way that I can. Thank you all for your help and concern - together, and with these treatments as tools, I know we can conquer this Ebola epidemic soon. Most sincerely, Scott McRae The Ebola Cures Facebook Page PS. So that the world will be informed that the WHO, and all of the participating panelists know definitively about these Ebola cures, and that now, finally something will certainly be done to stop Ebola as quickly as possible, I am going to post this email that Im sending to you all, on The Ebola Cures Facebook page for everyone to see, like, share AND of course, look forward to. ALL of the supporters for this project want to be kept informed AND of course, theyll want to share all of this good news with the whole world through Facebook and all the other social media networks. Thanks again - looking forward to the end of Ebola with your help. Note: Here is the Summary of the panel discussion on the, Ethical considerations for use of unregistered interventions for Ebola virus disease (EVD) who.int/mediacentre/news/statements/2014/ebola-ethical-review-summary/en/ Please share if you like this.
