Hey Everyone, The whole week island hopping along the west coast and the best day was on Bofin, the beach at the east end of the island was just caribbean like really, glorious day to end the week. We have moved house to the magical Beara peninsula, Eskadawer to be correct between lauragh and Ardgroom. Well what a cottage what I have always dreamed off with the beara way just out the door and mountains at our back and the bay at Killmackalogue to the front. We have been beavering way unpacking and tackling taming the about 2 acres of garden, phew and in the heat. Now we feel we are home. Still not met all the neighbours yet but all the locals we have met are so friendly, we are blessed. Just last weekend we browsed the Kenmare Food carnival it was so well organised indeed well done to all the gang, will be volunteering for next year. We are off to hear Damien Dempsey sing at the festival in Eyeries this weekend, imagine just down the road eh, woohoo, we love the Beara and Kenmare, shush dont tell to many the secret though!! all the best for now Maeve
