Hey all, Im part of an amazing group on Facebook-- Team Determination, or as we like to call us-- TD Nation. This is an absolutely awesome support group for anyone looking to lose weight, keep on track, and change their lifestyle. This video is my coach, Lance. Hes the one that started TD Nation a while ago, he put together the support group, and he does everything he can from IL to keep us all on track. Ive been a part of this fit family for quite a while now, and we grow daily. Were starting a 90 day challenge on October 13th.
