Hi All Seeking some help please! My Kindy kids - are having trouble with listening during transition - this is very disruptive! (I have just taken over a new role) I have introduced songs, positive reinforcement etc - nothing seems to be working currently. I am not a yeller - in redirecting behaviour - as I believe it does not work! Doing lots of reflection atm - however- seeking a solution which others have found works! Any ideas would be much appreciated! :)
