Hi Everyone. Heres my recent post on how my audition for the Belle Tire Commercial went in case you didnt see it. :) Hey Everyone! Update Time. I just came back from the audition and it went Fantastic. I heard there were only 6 other magicians that were contacted, the guy said it was slim pickings. I went into the room and there were 2 women and 2 guys there. They greeted me and said Thank You for coming, I replied my pleasure, thank you for the opportunity. They had me stand in the middle of the room and hold a card with an audition number on it, I then had to state my 1st and last name and my height. Then I performed a short magic routine for them which was my signature zombieball routine and when I finished the routine they were like WOW that was great. Then they had a cue card to read from so I said my line once, then they had me say the line again and one guy gave me a pencil and said I could use it as a magic wand, one lady said jokingly unless you have your own magic wand which I told them actually I do and when I pulled it out they were shocked and laughed. So they said Thank You, I said my pleasure and started to pack up and one guy said you mean thats it, we were hoping to see you do more, we loved it I said Thank You, I appreciate that, but you know what they say KISS (keep it simple stupid), I told them I wanted to do something quick and to the point, which I think they appreciated. And another guy said how did you make that ball float, and he followed up the comment by saying Where the hell did that ball go when you made it vanish, which I was happy to hear. So all in all I was happy with my audition and we will see what happens, and even if I dont get it it was fun anda great thing to add to my magic resume, and who knows it might lead to other things. Thank You to everyone for your wonderful comments and your support, it means SO MUCH to me, I may not respond to everyones comments personally but I read them all and appreciate them. I will keep everyone posted on what happens. :)
